1)     First please double check that all the details are correct about the function, Then sign and return one copy along with a cheque for the advanced payment made payable to Mr P Wilson. Only on receipt of the advanced payment is the booking fully confirmed.

2)     Your D.J/Artist may contact you to confirm or for more details I.E. Directions, access to venue.

3)     HI-TEK ENTERTAINMENT is a trading name of Real Music Promotions Limited and acts as an introductory agent ONLY supplying professional D.J/Artists suitable for any required function.

4)     The D.J/Artist must supply all amplification and equipment to perform, and in the event of an equipment or mechanical breakdown HI-TEK ENTERTAINMENT will endeavour to send a replacement D.J/Artist. If the D.J/Artist has already arrived at your function and encounters equipment breakdown he/she will report to HI-TEK ENTERTAINMENT and again HI-TEK ENTERTAINMENT will endeavour to send a replacement.

5)     This is an agreement between the client and D.J/Artist named on this form.

6)     If the DJ/Artist that arrives at your function is not the one named on this form it may be that he has experienced aforementioned problems and a replacement has already been sent.

7)     If the D.J/Artist is asked to play over the finishing times stated on this form an additional charge will be required speak to your DJ/Artist. This could double time if Christmas or New Year.

8)     The client is asked NOT TO DISCUSS any advanced payments with the artist and that they must receive half of the outstanding payment for the function before it begins, and the total at the end. If the outstanding payment can not be paid before please explain to the D.J/Artist they will receive all outstanding payments at the end.

9)     Real Music Promotions Limited can not be held responsible for any D.J/Artist who does not perform to the client’s expectation and the D.J/Artist will have been chosen specifically based on the information given by the client.

10)     Real Music Promotions Limited does not provide a PRS Licence or supply any form of insurance as it is down to the D.J/Artist named on this form.
